Order Processing Details Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days depending on the time of day you place your order. In-stock orders placed before 3pm EST Monday-Friday will
ship the same day. All shipping delivery estimates are estimated for total shipping time and does not include processing times. During peak holiday and promotional periods order
processing times may increase. If we happen to be out of stock of one or more items when you order, we'll promptly notify you on the expected shipping delay before processing your order.
International Shipping Notes Some governments collect duties, sales taxes or value-added taxes (VAT) on condoms, lubricants and other contraceptive items. The
purchase price of your order does not include these, and it's the responsibility of the buyer to pay any taxes required by local statute at the point of delivery.
Package Loss and Fraud Undercover Condoms monitors package loss and credit card fraud on an ongoing basis. We sometimes require additional information prior to
shipping and reserve the right to decline to ship any order at our discretion.
