Will my shipment be packaged discreetly?Your order will be shipped in a plain envelope or box. The shipping label and outside of the package will have no reference to condoms or any other safe-sex related product. View our discreet packaging page for more information.International Customers, we are required by customs to label international orders as "Personal Contraceptives" and assign an accurate value to the package. This is required by law, and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Can I use a purchase order?Yes, we do allow customers to use a purchase order as their primary payment method. You will first have to complete a W-9 Credit Application. You can then place your order online or by emailing our Customer Service Team.

Can I pay by check or money order?Undercover Condoms does not accept checks or money orders as forms of payment. We do offer various payment method options including all major credit cards, Paypal and Amazon Pay.

What will it say on my credit card statement?All credit card and bank statements will simply show transactions from CBUS Ecommerce group, LLC, with no reference to condoms or other personal care products.

Where is my refund?It may take up to 10 business days for a credit to show on your account depending on your banking institution. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact our Customer Service Team.

How long do I have to return or exchange my products?You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your products. To learn more, visit our returns page.

How do I cancel my order?You can cancel your order before it ships, visit the Account Orders page. Find the order you want to cancel and click "Details". On that page, you will see a "Cancel Order" button for your order it it hasn't been shipped. If you do not see that option, you can contact our Customer Service Team as we might be able to retrieve your order before the shipping carrier picks up for the day. However, we cannot guarantee this.

How do I use a coupon code on my order?During checkout, you'll see a "Promo Code" textbox. Simply enter your coupon code, submit and enjoy more savings.

Do you offer bulk sales or wholesale discounts?Yes, we offer condoms that are available in bulk cases (1,000 condoms per case) in most brands. You can find the condoms we offer in bulk quantities by visiting our bulk condoms page. The prices listed are already heavily discounted for the bulk pack size so no additional discounts will be available.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?98% of all US orders arrive within the 5-7 day delivery time stated on our shipping page. However, the vast majority of orders that are shipping from stock will arrive significantly sooner.
