returned to Undercover Condoms. We do not resell returned products to guarantee that our products are
of the highest quality and safe for use. We hope that you never need to return any products purchased
from Undercover Condoms, in the case that you do, we offer the following return policy...
If you are not happy with your order, you may return your order to us within 30 Days for a Store
Credit. The credit is for the original purchase price minus any shipping fees. We DO NOT offer cash
or credit card refunds for any SHIPPED orders.
If you need to return an item please contact us. We will quickly issue a Return Authorization #
and provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order.
You must call for a Return Authorization # first. We are unable to accept returns without this
number clearly marked on the outside of your package.
Note: All wholesale sales are final. Undercover Condoms does not accept returns on bulk orders.
