| Did not want to take Hormone birth controls, and I have been using the film since 2001 and as far as I am concerned it is %100 effective. |

| Of all the barrier methods, I think this is the best because it is NOT messy like foam, gel, or cream. You have to make sure hands are completely dry and be quick inserting it! |

| Very simple to use, however, this product has a VERY high concentration of Nonoxynol-9 and can sometimes cause UTIs if used too often. Good product, but be aware of the drawbacks. |
